Day 1

SURF & PHOTOGRAPHY
Private personalized surfing lesson, starting with a warmup and theory lesson, then into the water. Capture the session with a private surf photographer not only for memories, but for external feedback on your performance, so you can see how you look and how you progress through the week.

DIET CONSULTATION
Local certified dietitian & nutritionist gives a private consultation and nutritional plan. See how your diet has been, and how you can improve. For success in fitness, it's 80% diet and 20% exercise

Afternoon / Evening

ANIMAL FLOW WORKOUT
Really get into the jungle lifestyle with a ground-based, bodyweight movement that combines elements of yoga, gymnastics, and animal-inspired movements to create a dynamic, bodyweight workout. This fitness practise is designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall wellness through actions that mimic the movements of animals.

ICE BATH AND BREATHWORK
Speed up recovery and reduce any soreness with a cold plunge nestled under the canopy on the beach with professional breath work guidance.

Day 2

SURF
Surf practice continues with coaching and progression, perhaps in a different spot to explore a new patch of the beach.

Afternoon / Evening

ICE BATH & MASSAGE

Blue mist luxury beachfront resort ice baths, then deep tissue massages to relax and restore.

Day 3

Morning / Afternoon

FITNESS COOKING CLASS
Put your diet consultation into practice, with the dietitian who gave you your consultation, who is also a private chef. To show you exactly what you need to eat and how to make it. Like this you can really see the ingredients to consume and why. This knowledge can be for you to replicate, or your private chef back home

YOGA

Relaxing yoga at Horizons Ocean view yoga deck, to stretch and open your bodies after 2 days of intense fitness.

Evening

MASSAGE
Nantipa luxury beachfront resort deep tissue massages, with the option to explore the nearby tide pools and relax in this natural phenomenon.

Day 4

Surf
Surf practice continues with coaching and progression, perhaps in a different location to explore a new patch of the beach.

SURF, STRETCH & MOBILITY WORKOUT
Private surf training classes with a personal trainer, some focus on strengthening for surfing and stretching and mobility to reduce tightness, on the beach or at Casa Swell.

ICE BATH & BREATHWORK
Speed up recovery and reduce any soreness with a cold plunge nestled under the canopy on the beach with professional guidance and breath work.

Day 5

Morning

SURF & PHOTOGRAPHY
Final surf lesson of the trip, where the instructor will really push so your private photographer can capture the difference from the first to the final session, and you can really see the progression.

ICE BATH & BREATHWORK
Speed up recovery and reduce any soreness with a cold plunge nestled under the canopy on the beach with professional breath work guidance.

Afternoon / Evening

SURFERS MASSAGE
Sunset surfers' massage on the beach next to the tranquility of the ocean and the sounds of the jungle as the skies transition from deep oranges to purples.
