The penthouse is really like a treehouse right in the middle of the action! You can walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store (right next door) and shops, but it was also nice to have a parking spot for our car. You can hear some street noise (and monkeys!) but it feels very private. We appreciated the AC, laundry, outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and the pool was very refreshing!
